ILLING Packaging is overjoyed to announce that we are once again a Top Workplace in SE WI for our 4th consecutive year!
We are honored to have been one of the 169 chosen companies! Winning this award truly reflects on the ILLING Packaging culture and is a result of the feedback received directly from our world-class ILLING Packaging employees!
Over 80 employees completed this year’s survey with top comments ranging from: Fun, Teamwork, Innovative, Forward-Thinking, and Family-First. We are truly blessed to work at an amazing organization full of strong values and a great company culture!
Our WI Headquarters held a Top Workplace Celebration where Illing employees dressed in their Illing gear and enjoyed great conversations and community. President, Jay Alber, spoke offering his congratulations to the entire ILLING Packaging team for their hard work and offering insight to the company’s current success as well as future projects. New ILLING hats, pins, and can coolers were presented to employees and we enjoyed an amazing sponsored/catered meal from Chick-Fil-A as well as ILLING and Top Workplace decorated cupcakes!
Lastly, we were excited to once again join other local businesses at the 15th Annual Awards Breakfast event on Friday, April 26th.
We were treated to a delicious breakfast along with award announcements and an incredibly motivating speech by special keynote speaker, Paul Long. The event took place at the Brookfield Conference Center with about 800 people in attendance and was a wonderful chance to network with other winners and share our excitement for this amazing achievement. ILLING Packaging is humbled to receive this impressive honor once again for the 4th year in a row! A huge thank you to our ILLING Packaging employees, who make ILLING Packaging what it is through their hard work, teamwork, heart, and passion!
