ILLING Packaging Awarded Top SE WI Workplace of 2022
ILLING Packaging is thrilled to announce that we were named as one of the TOP SE WI Workplace winners for 2022! Being named a Top Workplace is a huge accomplishment that comes with immense pride. Only 146 companies were awarded this high honor, and we are ecstatic to be included for the 2nd year in a row! Not only did we receive this award, but we also presented two very elite awards on top of being a Top SE WI Workplace! We were awarded as the #3 company for “Best Small Business” and received an exclusive specialty award for our employee benefits.
What a tremendous accomplishment that speaks to the culture here at ILLING Packaging, as these awards are based solely on employee feedback. We are so grateful to the over 80 employees that participated and the over 250 written comments that helped us receive these top honors. Much of the feedback received shared the resounding opinions – families, benefits, flexibility, support, inclusion, diversity, work culture, and helping.
ILLING Packaging was elated to be able to celebrate this monumental honor with an employee luncheon gathering for all Wisconsin warehouse, production, and office personnel. It was wonderful to hear President, Jay Alber speak to this huge accomplishment and the new opportunities that lie ahead for ILLING Packaging. Custom ILLING Packaging and Top Workplace cookies were also brought in to help commemorate the special award as well as new ILLING logo pins and spirit wear apparel.
