ILLING Packaging Recognized as Top SE WI Workplace of 2023
ILLING Packaging is elated to announce that we have been recognized as a 2023 Top Workplace in SE WI for our 3rd consecutive year!
It is with immense pride that we announce this designation, as only 160 southeast Wisconsin companies received the award this year. This honor is a testament to our ILLING culture, and it is a direct reflection of the feedback received from our very own ILLING Packaging employees!
Over 85 employees participated in the survey this year and some of their top comments included “Benefits Package, Family First, Flexibility, Health, and Wellness.” What an amazing accomplishment for ILLING Packaging and a great testimony to who ILLING Packaging is as a company!
We celebrated this milestone with a Top Workplace Celebration event at our WI headquarters. ILLING Packaging employees came together in their ILLING spirit wear to hear an encouraging speech from President, Jay Alber. We were also treated to ILLING logo pins, custom ILLING and Top Workplace cookies, and a delicious catered luncheon. Our WI team got together for laughter and fun and we even had team photos in front of our swanky new ILLING Packaging tradeshow banners. Lastly, employees stepped up to share their favorite thing about ILLING on our whiteboard; which included our Fruit Fridays, benefits, onsite Fitness Center, wellness events, remote days, the people, and more!
Two Illing Packaging associates represented ILLING Packaging and joined the other winning companies at the 14th Annual Awards Breakfast event on Friday, May 19th. They enjoyed breakfast along with award announcements and special keynote speaker, Matt Havens. The event took place at the Brookfield Conference Center with about 700 people in attendance and was especially exciting as it was the first year hosting the event since COVID.
ILLING Packaging is ecstatic to receive this prestigious honor once again for the 3rd year in a row!
