ILLING Packaging Earns Top Workplace Honors Again in SE Wisconsin — 6 Years and Counting!
ILLING Packaging is proud to announce that we have once again been recognized as a Top Workplace in Southeast Wisconsin! We are incredibly honored to receive this prestigious award for the 6th consecutive year, earning a spot among just 164 companies recognized across the region. Even more exciting, ILLING Packaging was thrilled to rank #22 out of 64 companies in the small business category!
This recognition is a true reflection of the strong culture we have built together, and the valuable feedback shared by our exceptional team members. One of the highest-rated survey responses stated that “ILLING Packaging does a great job of prioritizing employee wellbeing,” earning an impressive 94% score. The leading theme identified was “Respected and Supported,” a sentiment that has remained consistently strong year after year — a meaningful testament to who we are as a company. Additional themes frequently highlighted included being engaged, empowered to execute, fairly valued, closely aligned, and enabled to grow.
To celebrate this incredible accomplishment, we hosted a Top Workplace Celebration at our Wisconsin headquarters! Team members proudly wore their favorite ILLING gear while enjoying a fun-filled event featuring a delicious Chipotle buffet, custom-branded cookies, and encouraging remarks from our Executive Team. We were also honored to attend the 17th Annual Top Workplaces Awards Breakfast on Thursday, April 16, at the Brookfield Conference Center alongside many outstanding local businesses. With more than 700 attendees, the event provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate, connect with fellow honorees, and recognize the amazing workplaces throughout our community.
Receiving this recognition for the 6th year in a row is an achievement we do not take lightly.
