VENDORS: Temporary Policy Updates due to Coronavirus

Dear Supplier,

As our valued business partner, Illing® Company would like to open the lines of communication to fully understand potential business disruptions due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As part of our risk evaluation process, we are asking for help by providing an updated status on any items or services provided to Illing Company. It is important we are notified of any risk to goods and services. We ask that each supplier work with their Illing Company contact and determine an adequate safety stock to be kept at our local facility and/or additional stock at the suppliers warehouse. If you are providing services, please communicate backup plan to maintain service in case of a potential interruption.

Please identify the risks listed below:

  • Review inventory and identify low supply items
  • Identify items sourced from areas that are experiencing high amount of closures
  • Identify potential risk for supply interruption of any goods or services to ILLING Company.

Illing Company is also implementing additional precautions to safeguard the health and safety of all our vendors, customers, community and employees.

  1. Illing Company has implemented a variety of preventative measures to ensure our employees stay safe and healthy. These include, but are not limited to: travel restrictions, providing educational and health resources, minimizing face-to-face meetings, and strongly encouraging sick colleagues to stay home.
  2. We are suspending all inbound meetings with customers and vendors to Illing Company facilities for 30 days. Should you have any face-to-face meetings with our employees scheduled, we ask you to reschedule the meeting using phone or video conference.
  3. Do our part in preventing community spread of Coronavirus where there appear to be outbreaks, so that the most vulnerable people are able to get the care they need.

Illing Company is closely monitoring the situation daily. Our response plan is designed to be fluid and will vary by each Illing Company location depending on community-spread.
