CUSTOMERS: Our Ongoing Commitment During Coronavirus
Dear Customer,
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, Illing® Company is dedicated to three things:
1. Keep our employees safe.
Illing Company has implemented a variety of preventative measures to ensure our employees stay safe and healthy. These include, but are not limited to: travel restrictions, providing educational and health resources, minimizing face-to-face meetings, and strongly encouraging sick colleagues to stay home.
We are suspending all inbound meetings with customers and vendors to Illing Company facilities for 30 days. Should you have any face-to-face meetings with our employees scheduled, we ask you to reschedule the meeting using phone or video conference.
2. Continue to provide world-class service to our customers.
At this time, there are no known disruptions to our supply chain. Illing Company is actively communicating with our suppliers to ensure business continuity. Should interruptions occur, Illing Company will contact customers directly to find a solution.
3. Do our part in preventing community spread of Coronavirus where there appear to be outbreaks, so that the most vulnerable people are able to get the care they need.
Illing Company is closely monitoring the situation daily. Our response plan is designed to be fluid and will vary by each Illing® Company location depending on community-spread.
